Try to control your thoughts. Whenever a negative thoughts starts to creep into your mind, replace it with some other thoughts. Try to remember a pleasant image or your past moment — of glories or success and get rid of the negative thoughts as they start to hit you. Think as positive as you can without being irrational.

Meditate And Practice Yoga
Meditation is one of the finest ways to get rid of the negative thoughts and induce positivity. Associate Yourself With Positive Thinkers
Nothing can be worse than being surrounded by negative people. Avoid such company. Try to be around positive thinkers, their thoughts will lift you up.

There will be moment when outcomes will be contrary to what you desired or hoped for. Don’t make them drag you down morally. See every failure as an opportunity and a lesson.
